These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and  Allwest Drilling and Bores Pty Ltd, registered in Perth, Western Australia ("we", "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website www.allwestbr.com.au (the "Service").

We provide information about our services and give you the ability to contact us, ask us questions or book any one of our services.

You can access our services by contacting us through the website, email, social media or phone to book with us. There is no requirement to create an account on the website.

Payment

There are fees for our services. Depending on the nature of the service required, we will either provide a quote or charge by the hour with a call-out fee. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, cash, or cheque, although card is preferred.

Refunds, Cancellations and Termination of Services

User-Generated Content

We post reviews on our website. These reviews may include user-generated content, often copied from Google and Facebook reviews. We do not edit user-generated content unless there are spelling or grammar errors. We reserve the right to moderate, delete and use the content.

Violations

The misuse of our website or violation of these terms of use will result in our inability to provide services to you. Violations or potential violations can be reported to us at tao@allwestbr.com.au.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in the State of Western Australia, Australia. In the event of a dispute, you and we must first attempt to resolve the dispute by negotiation in good faith or, if such negotiation is unsuccessful within 10 days, then either you or we may refer the dispute to the Resolution Institute for mediation, and you and we will participate in the mediation in good faith and will equally share the costs of that mediation.
